Forget space; one-person shows are the final frontier.
William Shatner has embarked on a 90-minute one-man show called Shatner’s World: We Just Live In It and he called up the CBS-FM Star Phone to talk to Shatner Super Fan Joe Nolan about what attendees can expect from the true captain of the Starship Enterprise
“There’s a variety of things that I talk about and joke about, but there’s a great deal of laughter. There are a few tears here and there,” Shatner tells Nolan. “A little music, but a great deal of entertainment.”
“The subject matters are many and varied; things that interested me as I grew,” he adds. “Stories to tell you that seem to resonate.”
Shatner’s World: We Just Live In It comes to the Tri-State area in 2016 when he takes the stage at Bergen Performing Arts Center on January 21 and the NYCB Theatre at Westbury on January 22. Tickets are available through Live Nation.
